Leadership coaching

“A real leader uses every issue, no matter how serious and sensitive, to ensure that at the end of the debate we should emerge stronger and more united than ever before.”

~ Nelson Mandela

Organizations need reflective leaders who are self-aware and capable of seeing the bigger picture. Leaders with a growth mindset will acknowledge the value of reflecting on their personal attitudes and behaviors with a neutral partner.

Leaders in particular need a sparring partner who regularly questions and challenges them. Their position of power can (unconsciously) ensure that they do not always receive honest feedback from the people surrounding them. The House of Resilience works with leaders who are responsible for the complex challenges of running a business. Our coaching sessions are tailored to your personal goals, but work broadly to strengthen:

Leadership: leading with full understanding of your own strengths and weaknesses ~ leading from your authentic self and personal leadership style ~ leading with presence and engagement ~ leading to inspire ~ leading in times of crises ~ leading by making confident decisions ~ leading by empowering people ~ leading by initiating change ~ taking the lead in building a resilient organization.

Communication: communicating your mission and vision as a leader ~ communicating pro-actively instead of reactively ~ communicating to clarify and solve problems, communicating to influence knowledge, attitude, and behavior ~ practicing nonviolent communication ~ communicating to inspire an audience ~ using communication to strengthen internal and external relationships ~ a leaders’ communication is resilient when it’s open, honest, and effective whether times are good, bad, or downright ugly.

“If you want to go fast, go alone.
If you want to go far, go together.”
